We are sincerely hope and looking for a long term strategic coal miner who are able to supply the coal products to our client (End Buyer) in Fujian, China.Brief of the End Buyer & End User background:End Buyer - a China Government Own Companies, International Trade & Economic Cooperation Holding Co. in Fujian Province and holding a contract to supply partial of the coal product usage to 6 Power Plants (End User) in Southern China. Total monthly quantity is up to maximum 3,000,000 MT for 6,300 - 6,100 Kcal/kg and 1,000,000 MT for 5,300 - 5,100 Kcal/kg. End User - 6 Power Plants under China Guodian Cooperation in Southern China.We are fully aware that it is not an easy task to supply of such huge quantity from an individual coal miner and we are sincerely invite those capable coal miners to participate in these long term business whereby our both End Buyer and User are from a very strong and good reputation companies in China.As this point of time, our End Buyer has managed to sign 2 contracts with Indonesia Coal Miner, but still a shortage of ~2.6 millions MT per month.Term and conditions:-1) Must in CIF China, CNF is negotiable.2) Must direct from Coal Miner, because End User will entitle for a tax rebate/incentive given by government of such transaction deal.The procedure as below:-1) Meeting between Coal Miner and us (End Buyer's Mandate) and the following documents to be provide during the meeting,- We will show the Mandate Appointment Letter, current 2 contracts signed by Seller (Coal Miner) with End Buyer, BL and a soft copy of draft agreement will be given.- Coal Miner provides the Company Profile with all the relevant documents such as Mining Licence, Export Licence, Geologist Report and etc.2) Coal Miner's company profile will send to End Buyer and they will make the verification by the China Embassy in Jakarta.3) Once verification is done, a Table-Talk Meeting will be arrange in Fujian, China (HQ of International Trade & Economic Cooperation Holding Co.)4) A day visit to Power Plant will be arranged and briefing of the transaction will be given by End Buyer & End User in the Power Plant Office.5) Agreement signed and both parties arranging delivery and payment.Once again, we would like to urge all capable coal miners to participate in this long term contract (minimum 5 years).
