We are a U.S. based toy designer and importer looking for an overseas factory who can produce our plush toy products. We hope that you can meet the high standards of our plush toys.
To work with us, our factory should meet the following guidelines:
- factory must be properly certified and meet all child safety requirements in both US and UK
- factory must be able to design initial samples within 48-72 hours - this is what we market about
our company and this helps separate us from our competitors
- factory must produce samples free of charge - however we will pay $25 for each sample design not ordered within 30 days
- factory must be willing to produce in standard minimum quantities of 500 pieces, although smaller orders may be needed like 250pcs - we would pay a higher cost for orders under 500pcs
- factory must be able to produce orders under 10,000pcs within 25-30 days and larger orders between 15,000-50,000pcs within 40-45 days
- factory must offer discounted air shipping, as some of our customers need quick orders
- factory must have previous history producing toys for American companies - like Wal-Mart, Target, Toys R' Us, and other chains
- factory must employ skilled labor and provide for employee's good well being
- factory must adhere to strong production quality values and employ quality control manager
- factory must be willing to provide credits or replacement product at their cost if our customers are not satisfied with quality or service
If you can't meet all of these requirements, we may still work with you, but it will depend upon which requirements you cannot meet. We have immediate customers for the new factory we choose!
