We are looking to buy large quantities of silicon wafers that may have fallen out of your process or are solar grade wafers. At ANK we also understand that the market today has Prices and costs shifting almost on a daily basis.
We, in fact, have had to increase our buying prices. Although we already have suppliers, we are always looking for good sources from good companies and may be able to offer you a little more money than you have gotten in the past. The general specification we are looking for is 10000-30000 wafers/mo (more and some less OK):
Mono or poly crystalline (square, pseudosquare, round) any diameters P type Boron <100> or <111> 5 to 50 ohm-cm Thickness >300 to 700 or so microns Minor scratches and stains okay, coated OK.
