IN OCTOBER LAST YEAR I PURCHASED ONE OF THE ABOVE PORTABLE DVD'S for my grandson for a christmas present.It has worked perfectly well up to now,but unfortunately if you try to play a dvd now all you get is the sound and no picture.It is my grandsons pride and joy and of course he is now very upset as it does not work properly.I purchased the item from an agent in the USA,when I purchased it I was told that it had a 12 month makers warranty.Could you please advise as to what I do now.Many Thanks.Best Regards.Brian Jenkins.
