We are a trading company based in new jersey, USA. We are interested to buy container load of shipments for about 2000mt/month (+/- 500 mt) for direct end users in India. They will open an lc to our company based in USA. We have a partial shipment clause in lc. We can make payments by lc issued from our bank in nj or we can even work with tt against bill of lading & inspection. We are willing to pay an initial deposit (10% cash) for every 500mt you can provide per week before starting the shipment of 500mt. On establishing a business relationship, we can do business in the range of 10000-15000 MT. LOI can be provided on company letter head and seal after initial negotiations.
