dear sir , i am hany amin , the owner of power market company in egypt , i am a big trading company for steel conduits for electrical galvanization , thest type of steel tube is called emt conduit .
i am looking for a machine to make these steel tube with the following specs 1- the conduits is made of galvanized steel strip rolls with thickness of 0.6 mm to 1.5mm 2- sizes of conduits is 3/4" , with outer diameter 23.4mm and thickness is 1.25mm , 1 mm , and 0.8mm , 3- other sizes are 1/2" up to 2" , so the roll forming machine shall have aroller sets that can be changable according to each size. 4- the machine should have a welding line also to make an internal welding in the tube. 5- the lenght of the tube is 3.05 meter per piece , so the machine must be complete with a saw machine to cut the conduits to the required lenght. 6- there must be a kind of cleaning in the line of welding in order for the welding line not to be rusty. 7- we need another machine to make also cable trays , perforated type sizes from 5*5 cm to 20*5 cm ..
