1) Material is natural colored glass epoxy, FR4G10. 2) Size is varied but most will be size: 404.40mm x 556.80mm x 6mm. The current thickness is 6.03mm 3) All four corners have a 25.40mm radius. 4) Edges and corners must be free of burrs. 5) THE MOST CRITICAL TOLERANCE IS THE FLATNESS. THE FLATNESS ACROSS THE BOARD MUST BE +/- 0.35MM OR BETTER. THIS IS CRITICAL FOR THE USE OF THE BOARD. 6) From a big 1020mm x 1220mm sheet, one can produce 5 of the boards. 7) A test report in English will be required for the board and 6 samples with complete dimensions. 8) Quote 1000 and 2000 pieces per buy. Will buy multiple times per year depending on economy and sales. 9) Quote lead time and FOB point.
