We are a mexican danish trading company who are looking for a price quotation for the following items which I attach this email:
3 sizes of wire trellis each in 2 different thickness: 4.5mm and 6mm thickness. We need quotation for both galvanized electrolyticaly and for hot dip galvanized for both 4.5 and 6 mm wire thicknesses. Dimensions etc you can see in the attached handmade drawings and photo for better understanding of the product. (if by changing the dimensions slightly you can offer lower prices please do so and inform me new dimensions). The brackets are just any standard flat bracket with 6mm hole.
2 different garden fences: code 115-03 and 114-06 and 1 post which is the same for both fences.
Surface: please quote both hot dip galvanized but also e-coat (cathodic electrocoating) plus poliester powder coat on top of e-coat.
114-06 garden fence is 150x100 cm. The 11 vertical pickets are 1.2x1.2 cm diameter and minimum thickness is aprox 1mm.
The 4 horizontal rails are 5mm thick and 3 cm wide. Ornaments are 1.2 cm wide and 7mm thick. Picket top/finial is pressed spear.
115-03 garden fence is 150x100 cm. The 11 vertical pickets are 1.6 cm diameter and minimum thickness is aprox 1mm.
The 4 horizontal rails are 2.5mm thick and 2.5 cm wide. Ornaments are 1.2 cm wide and 5mm thick. Picket top/finial is standard cast steel spear.
Post is 200x5x5cm with a standard piramid shaped top. Post is aprox 2mm thick.
When you quote please for all products advice all the materials you are using and their dimensions and thickness to be sure to understand the quotation and avoid mis-understandings.
Start up order quantity is just 1 x 40feet container which holds 10-15.000 pcs of trellis depending on item size and 1 x 40feet container which holds aprox 800 fences and 1000 posts . We need price FOB nearest big comercial port. Please advice me your payment and terms in general and your delivery time.
