I am an independent consultant for the largest and oldest ancient and antique hardwood flooring company in the United States.
We would like to develop a partner in China to manufacture engineered flooring using our old woods (100 years ++) as a thin veneer layer on the top of the completed engineered floor. We assume that you have the capability to cut our woods into veneer layers.
We would like the substrate layers to be bamboo or other environmentally safe or recycled material.
In order to create a total enviornmentally safe product (green) we also must eliminate all formaldehyde from the producton process. Formaldehyde free glues are now available here - no doubt also in China.
Please give me your thoughts and opinion on your capabilities to manufacture this product.
