I would like to repeat you our introduction. If you are interested to work with us besides Denimpex then please let us know. Terms of payment: 50% payment against receipt of all original documents and 50% payment upon sound arrival. Eurepgap // Globalgap certification: Certain products need to be Eurepgap certified, others we can be more flexible.As standard procedure we state that all products must be Eurepgap certified. If Eurepgap certified product is not available, then prior to the deal the exporter needs to mention this to us and then it is up to our decision if we accept or not. If nothing is mentioned, we assume the product offered is Eurepgap certified. Terms of delivery: We only buy on the basis CIF Rotterdam. Once you send us a quotation, then please only on the basis CIF Rotterdam (Attention: the ocean rate should include 3 days free of demurrage upon arrival in Holland). Import program: Over the season we run a large import programm. Enclosed we send you the specifications of the various products we trade (you only mentioned apples to me but maybe you have access to other products, for that reason I present you the whole list): Garlic: Specifications: Size 60+, pure white, 10 kgs nett, properly dried, without cracks an splits, 3-4 skins, no germination, in accordance with the E.U. regulation for CAT I. Volumes: Annually 50-70 containers Apples - Fuji: Colour: We only concentrate on Fuji apples from China. Till now this has been the only variety, which we have found of a good quality. Fuji's are coming from two areas in China: the coastal areas (nicely pink coloured Fuji apples) and from the mountains (red coloured Fuji apples). We prefer the pink coloured Fuji apples. At least 70% of the apples should have this colour. Storage: Apples purchased during harvesting time may be packed directly after harvest into the carton and loaded into the container. Apples purchased after harvesting time have to come from coldstorage. We don't want to work with apples, which are stored outside or in caves. Apples purchased after December need to come from Controlled Atmosphere storage. After December we don't want to work anymore with apples, which were stored outside or in caves or in coldstore storage. Package: We work with 18 kgs nett cartons and with 10 kgs nett cartons. All the apples have to be placed into a sock. Eurepgap certified; All apples need to be Eurepgap certified. Sizes 10 kgs cartons: We handle the sizes 36/40/44 Sizes 18 kgs cartons: We handle the sizes 72/80/88/100/113/125 Ya pears: Period: Ya pears can be imported into Europe from October - May (arrival in Holland). In week 40-51 (arrival in Holland): 3 containers per week In week 02-20 (arrival in Holland): 3 containers per week Sizes: Preferable without the size 96 but if the size 96 need to be included into the deal, then we can accept max 1/3 of volume to be size 96. Package: We deal with Ya pears packed into a 17.5 kgs nett telescopic box. All pears have to be wrapped into a sock. Quality: The pears must be free from black harts Pomelos: Period: Pomelos can be imported into Europe form October - February (arrival in Holland) In week 40-44 (arrival in Holland): 1-2 containers per week In week 45-09 (arrival in Holland): 2-3 containers per week Sizes: we can work with all sizes 6/7/8/9/10/11 - allthought we have a preference for small sized fruit (9/10/11) Package: We deal with Pomelos packed into a 13.5 kgs nett open top package. Every pomelo must be filmed, with a nett can a lint. Chestnuts: Period: Chestnuts can be imported into Europe from October - February (arrival in Holland). In week 40-47 (arrival in Holland): 1 container per week (total 7 containers) In week 48-50 (arrival in Holland): 3 containers per week (total 9 containers) In week 51 (arrival in Holland): 1 container per week (total 1 container) In week 2/4/6 (arrival in Holland): 1 container (total 3 containers) Sizes: We like to work with the biggest size possible. Till now we have imported the size 40/60. This figure indicates the number of chestnuts per kilo. Attention: 50% of the nuts have to count 40/50 nuts per kilo and 50% of the nuts have to count 50/60 nuts per kilo. We cannot accept only 57/60 nuts per kilo, this will be considered ads undersizeing. Package: we deal with chestnuts packed in 5 kgs nett white poly bags. Bags with labels which present all the by law required information. Waxed: The chestnuts need to be waxed sothat they become nicely shineing. Walnuts: Period: Walnuts can be imported into Europe from October - December (arrival in Holland) In week 40-47 (arrival in Holland): 1 container per week (total 7 containers) In week 48-50 (arrival in Holland): 2 containers per week (total 6 containers) Sizes: We like to work with the biggest size possible. Till now we have imported the size 28/30. This figure indicates the number of walnuts per kilo. Thin skin: The walnuts must have a thin skin and must be easy to crack. Stamp: If possible we want to have a stamp on every nut. Colour: They must be properly bleached. Sample: In order to judge the right colour and the skinthickness, we need to receive samples for approval.
