(iii) Technical details :- This is a three stagecombination pump. The 1st stage is for closed

loop make up, 2nd stage to feed to rotor motorand 3rd stage to feed the travel motor. The

main pump is an am Axial Piston pump withvariable flow and having boost pump as

built in. It has through drive to mount anexternal geared pump at the rear of axial piston

pump. The hydraulic circuit of the pump isenclosed as Annexure A1. The GA drawing

of the pump is however not available, as suchtenderers may visit the site of installation

(Dudhichua CHP) and take note of necessarydetails/dimensions to ensure one to one

replacement both in terms of functional andfitment requirements.

For Item No. 2:

i) The main operating parameters of the pump areas given below:-

Maximum speed : 2700 RPM

Charge Pump Pressure : 260 to 280 PSI
