I'm looking for an artist in Asia to paint a portrait of a famous politician here in America. I can send a newspaper clipping of the politician's picture as a guide to go by. I'm looking for a college student or an experienced artist who can paint in woodcut and oil painting. This is not a one time deal, as I will need this on a continuous basis until the early part of next year.
