We are looking for a supplier of glass-filled (25% glass) PTFE sheet bonded to steel plates. The PTFE we typically require is 3/32" (.09375") thick. The color does not matter, but gold or royal blue is preferred. The steel is typically stainless steel (304) or A-36 carbon steel. We have a current requirement for the following:
=>19" by 24" by 1/4" Thick 304 SS plate with 3/32" glass-filled PTFE sheet bonded to one side - quantity required = 160 =>19" by 30" by 1/4" Thick 304 SS plate with 3/32" glass-filled PTFE sheet bonded to one side - quantity required = 120 =>5" by 18" by 1/4" Thick A36 CS plate (Hot Dip Galvanized) with 3/32" glass-filled PTFE sheet bonded to one side - quantity required = 160 =>5" by 24" by 1/4" Thick A36 CS plate (Hot Dip Galvanized) with 3/32" glass-filled PTFE sheet bonded to one side - quantity required = 120
We have on-going requirements for additional slide bearings as we are a pipe support manufacturer. Please advise as to your capabilities in regards to supplying the above noted items as well as the unit price for each. We also want to know the size of 304 SS sheet with PTFE you can supply as well as A-36 Carbon Steel sheet with PTFE. For instance, for bulk orders we would prefer to have PTFE bonded to steel that was 18" wide and 6 to 8 feet long. For our normal requirements, we require Carbon and Stainless (304) Steel in 10 guage thick (~3 mm thick) and 1/4" thick (6 mm thick) with the 3/32" PTFE.
We expect to purchase to fill the above requirements within the next 4 to 6 weeks and other requirements will follow as well.
