We are a Brazilian Commercial Import and Export and we are looking for to import monthly the Follow Products and Quantities:
1) - 87.000 kg of Coil Steel Hot League of 3.00 mm (+ / -0.21) X 1.200mm NBR 5906 EPA - (Printing Deep Steel conformed with Aluminum);
2) - 18.000 kg of Coil Steel Hot League of 3.75 mm (+ / -0.30) X 1.200mm NBR 5906 EPA - (Printing Deep Steel conformed with Aluminum);
3) - 72.000 kg of Coil Steel Hot League of 4.50 mm (+ / -0.20) X 1.200mm NBR 5906 EPA - (Printing Deep Steel conformed with Aluminum);
Mechanical Properties for NBR 5906 EPA (For Hot Laminated):
1 - Limit of Resistance MPA: 410;
2 - Limit of Disposal MPA: For thicknesses of 2,00>e<3,00mm = 300 MPA; And For thicknesses >3,00 = 280 MPA - (One MPA is an equal 10 KGF/CM2);
3 - % Stretching: For Lo=50mm Mim and for thicknesses < 3,00mm = 30 and For Lo=80mm Mim and for thicknesses > 3,00mm = 34;
Chemicals Specification for NBR 5906 EPA (For Hot Laminated):
1 - % Maximum of Carbon: 0.08;
2 - % Maximum of Manganese: 0.2 / 0.5;
3 - % Maximum of Phosphorus: 0.03
4 - % Maximum of Sulphur: 0.03
5 - % Low allowed of Aluminum: 0.02
Important Note: All those material will be used to produce Automotive Parts.
