Dear sir/madam, How are you? our requirement is 80 NB WELDED WEDGE WIRE JOHNSON SCREEN. THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOW:
Screen OD 86.4mm / effective length 200mm. with a top ring 12mm long chamfered as per ANSI B16.25 for butt welding to 3” Sch.40 Pipe. With a bottom screen internally reinforced with cross bars to withstand the design pressure. Overall length approx. 237mm.
Screen Construction : radial external opening construction (for flow from outside to inside with particles outside the strainer) wire # 100 (1.00 mm width x 2.00 mm height).
Slot 150 microns / 13.04% open area. Standard support rods. All in MOC AISI 304L / 316L
Design Collapse pressure : 9.5 kg/cm2
To withstand the design pressure of 10 kg/cm2, the bottom screen be reinforced with cross bars to prevent its collapse. A suitable assembly be provided at the bottom of the screen to receive the reinforcements.
