We, RPM Korea Co., are the winner of the Bangladesh Urea tender (Prilled Urea 46 (in bag) and already got the Acceptance of Offer from Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) and will receive L/C around Jan. 10, 2008 for 12,500Ton for Feb., 2008 shipment from Sonali bank (Governmental Bank of Bangladesh).
So, if you can supply of 12,500Ton by your company or thru your end seller, we want to visit and make a deal shortly.
For your easy understanding, BCIC opened tender for 225,000M/T for 2007-2008 and the winner of this tender can make contract for each shipment Min. 12,500Ton basis.
So, our company will get the L/C by our name on Jan.12, 2008 and should buy from you or your end seller who will get our transferred L/C (you can not transfer to other).
As you know well, there are so many unreal supplier, broker, traders,,,, who can not supply with Urea on time as per the contract or delivery terms of L/C issued by Sonali Bank, governmental bank of Bangladesh.
So, if you can supply, the following is the essential condition to deal successfully and you should accept.
1. In order to discuss face to face, please let me know whether you can arrange the
meeting with your factory or direct mandate of factory after we confirm your FCO.
2. After we send you our LOI and proof of order procurement, can we meet face to face (TTM) and sign the contract ?
3. In our top table meeting, can you show me the proof of your previous shipment to others or any records which you can show me as a real seller ?
4. After we make sure that you are a real seller, we can discuss the sales terms and sign the contract.
