We are need for an affordable Telephony hardware Solution. We are a software developer which presently uses a USB Modem and Internal modems as well. The modems (Voice Hardware Modems Full and Half Duplex) do not perform as well as we like. What we looking to improve our system with better technology and we are looking for a "Dialogic" type hardware board. They can be USB and Internal. In some cases USB will be preferred in other cases larger sales Internal. Press matters.
Our software ihas two modules and it is a telecommunication software that is a single to multiple call center system (for 1 person to 200 people) which delivers Voice conversations Faxes, e-mails, voice messages and text messages.
We need hardware that performs well and is very stable. We are looking for a affordable 1 and 2 line system. We are looking for a 4 line or more (Or abllity to have addional cards for more lines) system so we can do large applications of 200 or more lines.
We need the approperate software to run your hardware with our system. So we need your support and perhaps SDK so we can build in your hardware requirements in our software
We will need to test the hardware from our top 2 suppliers which will require 2 units for each model.
WE do about 1,000 sales a year whch can be 3,000 to 5000 units depend how many we still use modems for or use your various boards.
The USB boards look like the ones don by a company called Way To Call.
