Hi, my name is Mark Underwood. I work for Pacbrake Engine & Exhaust Brakes in Surrey, BC, Canada. I am looking into outsourcing both stainless steel and aluminized steel tubing with Electric Resistant Weld (ERW) for our company. Attached are 3 drawings for 3 different sizes of tubing we require, all in 20' lengths. I am sending you the stainless steel versions of our sizes required. We will also require quotes on the identical sizes but in aluminized as well. If you would be so kind as to have a look at the drawings and respond back to me about your companies abilities to create these parts for us.
1) I will need to get from you, quotes for the cost of these pipes based on the lengths specified:
a) 3.5" (88.9mm) pipe = 250 pcs @ 20' lengths each
b) 4.0" (101.6mm) pipe = 250 pcs and 500pcs @ 20' lengths each
c) 5.0" (127.0mm) pipe = 250 pcs @ 20' lengths each
2) I will, guaranteed, need 3 lengths of pipe @ 4' each of each material for sampling (one of each diameter) for 6 pcs total.
