We introduce ourselves as manufacturers of men, women and particularly children knitwear garments in Pakistan with different brand name for men and women and different brand name for children. We have experience of last 16 years in this line but we wish to switch over our manufacturing program to Bangladesh but phase wise and not at one time.
Presently we are busy in manufacturing the knitwear garments for the coming summer season but we wish that if we found any feasible and competitive source at Bangladesh, we must visit in Oct or Nov 2007 to discuss our next year requirements.
For your information, we are using hand flat 4 to 10 gauge and flat lock machine, Antasia machine 4/5 thread over lock linking machine.
Actually we want to get design as per our pattern and colors but in initial year, our requirement will be on trial basis say 1 x 20' container of mix sizes and designs and after checking result and price we can decide future plan of manufacturing.
In this connection, we want to know minimum quantity per design and total volume of order alongwith some price idea to work out the landed cost after adding Govt. taxes.
We also want to know whether you have any design book etc and what is the other way of selection. We seek your guidance so we can take proper start.
