We need a yarn covering machine to produce gimped yarns. The machine must be able to cover different kinds and counts of yarns, but we will mostly double cover latex yarn in the core with 2 polypropylene yarns. Latex count is 28-32 while polypropylene count is 600 denier each. The covered yarn will be used as the warp yarn in weaving elastic upholstery webbings (furniture belts) .
