I am looking to purchase a very low-cost mobile phone with only few features: call-out, receive-calls, and send SMS capabilities. They can be dual-band or Tri-band. The most important thing is they have to be brand new and available in large quantities (1,000 to over 5,000 pcs per month) only if the price is right, and they pass the GSM network test in Europe and South America. The brand can be Chinese made - no problem. However, I need no brandname (Logo) inside (when the phone turns-on and off) or outside in the cover (front and back), they have to be OEM by the manufacturer.
