Belarusian Cycling Federation is the national and only cycling organization in Belarus. We are looking a company that may become an expert for us (in technology and marketing). As we are new in the area we definitely need a company that can advice us (be an expert for us in cycling production and marketing, advice us what we need to do to have a market of a particular quantity of bicycles, where and what parts or accessories we can buy for our production and what parts we should produce by ourselves and why) on a reasonable fee basis.
