1. Packing: in 100g tin vacuum closed with ring pull 2. Grade no. 1 3. Saltness: Malassol (lightly salted) 4. State: Sterilized 5. Apperarance: Roes must not be less than 2.5 mm in diameter 6. Colour: Homogeneous - light gray, dark gray, yellowish, brownish 7. Test consistency: Typical for Sturgeon some loss of yolkiness and richness, grassy but not muddy or other non offensive odour. After taste acceptable. Individual egg membranes are slightly recognizable.
