The copper foil thickness which we use to produce CU PET is 15,18 and 20 micron. THE BOTH COPPER FOIL SURFACE MUST BE BRIGHT.

The copper content ( including silver and oxygen ) is min.99.9.
The productivity is min.100% IACS, at 20C in soft annealed condition.
Note: We laminate the copper foil with poliester. Poliester is first takes the glue from the steel cylinder and then pass heat through a channel. In that channel poliester is heated under 70 C and by this way, the ethil inside the glue goes away and then the poliester is laminated to copper foil. Namely we can say that, we do not make any heat treatment for copper foil.
After the lamination process, laminated copper is cut in 14,18 and 27 mm width, accoding to the demand of customers. Our poliester laminated copper foil is especially used for coaxial cable. |
