The scheme as follows:
1. First step. Will be established the wholesale trade Joint Venture with
the authorized capital not less than US$31 000. I offer you up to 74% shares
of the authorized fund of Joint Venture.
2. Second step. Will be signed the long-term contract for 3-4 years, for the
large sum (US$10 000 000), between our Joint Venture and you on supply of
goods on the differed payment (consignation) base. The shipments will go in
parts in process of implementation. The contract will be registred here in
Custom Department, Tax Department, our bank and as a currency contract under
the control of the Republican prosecutor's office.
