I would like to get prices on getting this product manufactured. The item has an approximate 1-1.5" stroke. Does not need to be heavy duty, more of a novelty/joke product. Would like prices on both 2 AA battery power and USB powered if possible.
The shaker should be no more than 5.08cm at its widest part and approximately 15.24cm in height.
For the mounting arm I am using a 6" irwin quick-grip mini bar clamp.
The grip handle should be relocated on the opposite side to provide a better mounting surface for the adjustable tripod mount.
For the motor/gearbox I am going to try the gm9 90 degree shaft gearmotor from solarbotics. I believe the output speed should be over 100rpm with as much torque as possible.
The mini cocktail shaker should be in a wmf lounge design. Approximate measurements are 6" tall and 2" wide (at the widest part). Can be chromed plastic with threaded bullet cap. No need to take apart or strainers. Just a cap.
The jelly-like shaker holder sleeve should be flexible and moulded over an open ended plastic sleeve that is threaded to attach to the metal rod coming out of the motor enclosure. The inside diameter should have a 3.81cm opening diameter stretchable to approximately 6.35cm.
Most likely the unit will be packaged in blister packaging.
