We buy used rail on a regular basis, according to our procedures. Please advise if you can offer real parcels ready to ship. We will only open one LC per shipment "until we are certain you can ship." We can use up to 30-35,000 MT per month for the North American market.
Size: R45/R49/R50/R65/R75 x Lengths: 8.0-12.5 meters only.(Maximum 10%-6.0-7.99 meter, packed separately.) Packing: 3- 5MT bundles (strapped).
We will not contract unless we have proof of product with the offer (at least 1st 10-30,000 MT).
1) NEW photos. (NOT Internet photos)
2) Verification (SGS, Alex Stewart or Inspectorate) that at least first 10-30,000 MT is ready to ship (POP=Proof of Product). Please do not be insulted, without the "verifiable" POP, we will not reply.
3) Then we contract (per each shipment or monthly contract).
4) Then ASI inspects (ASI's option-but might not be necessary if survey report is thorough).
5) ASI then opens a Letter of Credit (NO transferable and NO revolving), one LC
per shipment.
6) Seller ships. (This can be monthly business for many years).
7) You can provide a firm offer CIF or CNF, U.S. East Coast Port-Philadlephia,Pa/Camden, NJ. or Baltimore, Maryland.
PLEASE!!! "NO" OTHER PROCEDURES. "NO"- LOI's, BCL's, ICPO's,FCO's, ETC. JUST STRAIGHT BUSINESS.
