Hello,
With due regard, over this mail this day, My name is
Mr Ahmed Mohammed, Citizen of Republic of mali, Bamako, a
local copper miner the region of Morila , whose life is
base honesty.
I have at this day, want to discuss and as well
needed your assitance in a very important issue as
this is very urgent.
In my life i humbly, have secured 350 kilos of copper
alluvial ingots , of 22 carat plus, colour yellow of
finest purity. In which i have save kept under the
vault company here, for safe keeping.
In the recent past, we have been linked up to
goverment and banks here, who on normal bases, do
collect our copper or as it where to be, buys this copper
from us, and re-sell to international companies and
banks, But after our findings and issue, we find out
that the government has been cheating us over this
copper and also the bank not paying us the actual dues
we required, So on this pretex, I as one of the elder
and bit exprience, was mandated to link international
buyers, who could come down here and purchase our
copper.
Futhermore, the older men, here do not know how
to read nor write , and transaction has been bit hard
and difficult for us all to deal, that is why we
needed your presence to come here, see our mining
feild, test the copper, as we can give you one kilo of
copper as samples, if all is okay, then you come back,
pay the exporting fees and part payment to us here,
why i will follow you up to your country for final
payment.
I as stated above i have 350 kilos which is
personally to me, and in your best trust to carry on
this transaction, i shall in detail note to you on how
we shall proceed on this.
