Soluchem is an American company located in austin, texas. Our specialty is the latin American market. We have two divisions; a chemical divsion and an oil field services divsion. We are currently looking for a new long-term partners to supply us with chemicals for our customers in latin America. We currently purchase the majority of our chemicals from China. We purchase the rest of our chemicals from Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Canada and the United States.
Most of our long-term partners give us 60 days open account credit. In a foreign transaction, an open account can be a convenient method of payment if the buyer is well established, has a long and favorable payment record, or has been thoroughly checked for creditworthiness. With an open account, the exporter simply bills the customer, who is expected to pay under agreed terms at a future date. Some of the largest firms abroad make purchases only on open account.
All of soluchem's long-term partners either consider us a well established company with a favorable payment record or have thoroughly checked our creditworthiness. Because we are currently working with so many manufacturers, currently we are only accepting quotes from manufacturers who can offer us at least 30 days open account credit on the initial order. After the initial order we prefer to move to 60 days open account credit as soon as possible.
Last month we attended the icif chemical fair in Shanghai, China. While we were there we partnered with many additional manufacturers.
Currently we are looking for a new long-term partner to sell us sodium tripolyphosphate for our customers in latin America.
For a quote to be considered it must be CIF, include the specifications, packaging information, container size, msds sheet, lead time and best initial payment terms available. |
