Tolerances on wire diameter: =/-.0755mm Finish: The wire has to have light oil finish
The material should have be able to be annealed on temperature 350F for 3.5 hours if required to meet force-extension specifications.
The springs made of the above required wire will be a part of 'Hinge Assembly'.
Requirement: 50,000 Kilo per order Frequency of Order: Every two months. Its an ongoing requirements.
