We are looking for a Chinese vendor to manufacture customized screwdriver set with stainless steel tray. Picture for the screwdrivers is attached. Please note that the length for the screwdrivers should be 20mm instead of 27mm.
The tolerance for the tip is <=0.01mm. There is no moving or plastic parts on the handle. The shape of the handle can be any as long as it is easy to operate. We also need one stainless steel tray with our company infomation engraved on it for each set of the screwdriver. The shape and size of the tray are not strict. There will be plastic molded material in the tray to hold the screwdrivers for easy transportation. There will also be a printing carton for each set of screwdrivers.
The screwdriver and the tray need to keep stainless in weekly high temperature neutral steam (for disinfection purpose) for years. Please quote using the most suitable material.
We will send you a similar sample set if we think your quote is acceptable. Since we have received a lot of emails, we are unable to mail samples to each manufacturer unless we RECEIVE your estimate. Wish you understand.
The quantity is set as 1,000 sets(5,000 pcs) at this moment. We will continue to order more of the same item after we sell out the first batch.
