If the price is favorable with us, First of all, we would like to receive some samples in advance, in order to take a look of our quality. Please let me advise the sample cost as well. I would like to tell you that the goods should not contain any PE, Rubber or any other impurities. We'd like to purchase pure PVC scrap. (It can be okay with a little coppers in, because it can be happened sometimes to grind the PVC skin altogether with some of cables. )
