We are looking for water tank liners made of:
1) LLDPE 0.65 to 0.75mm, anti-mildew treatment, UV treated;monoextruded or polyester reinforced; only virgin material used; no recycled; any colors acceptable but prefer white, blue, black.
Food-contact use ok; UV and anti-mildew treated for usage life of 10-15 yrs depending on thickness; only virgin material used; colors to be determined.
3) fabrication work:
Liners to be cut/weld with a round shape at the bottom + weld to wall PC to make a cylinder shape that will fit the water tanks. Diameters from 15ft to 36ft x 5ft and 6ft high Added hems w/eyelets; seams must ultrasonic welded for absolute no leak for during usage life of material.
We custom order year-round abt 3000 - 5000 units per year.
