We are urgently looking for mfrs/suppliers of PVC laminated fabrics made into finished tarps for our special industrial use. ITEM 1: PVC LAMINATED TARP
1) 2 Fabrics specs/weight levels
A) 250D 20x22 280 GSM B )250D 22x23 680 GSM
Or close to the above
Tensile: + 130lbs; tearing: Min 25x25lbs Adhesion:15lbs/2’ Any width but wider is better; Min width preferred is over 5ft
Additional treatments:
Must be with (a) UV for min usage life of 3-5 yrs without fading; (b) CPAI-84 minimum fire retardant and (c) anti-mildew/anti-abrasive coating if possible.
2) Tarpaulin fabrication work for tarps:
Depending on each shipment, PVC tarpaulin to be high frequency/ultra sound weld into Larger tarps sizes from 20ft to 45 ft wide X 40ft to 65 ft long (example:20 x 40,40 x 60 etc); abt 6-1`0 assorted sizes are ordered every time; seams 2’; hem 2’ folded/sealed with or witthout 18 mm eyelets made of SS, PC or NY (NY eyelet is preferred)
Item 2: PVC DIPPED MESH:
We also need mesh tarps made into round covers for our special use to cover the fish tanks we sold in the markets. Diamter range from 18ft to 45 ft,

4) orders:
We order year-round every month; colors vary; must be experienced with PVC laminated fabrics and PVC dipped mesh fabrics and able to do the finished tarps for us; swatch samples required for our initial reference.
