Content of styrence monomer 33%-35% Content of styrene monomer ASTM D 1259-85
Exothermic peak in Thermostatic Bath at 80OC with 0.2% accelerant (6 % Co2+) and 2.0% Catalyzer TBPB HA M1 Determination of the exothermic peak: UNI 5814-66
Gel Time 5-9 minutes
Time to reach maximum temprature 7-15 minutes
Maximum temperature of exothermic peak 230 OC
Properties of the Cured resin
Volumetric shrinkage 7.5% maximum Determination of the volumetric shrinkage: Calculate by the ratio between the density of the liquid resin and the density of the solid resin. Internal methodology CBR
