Dear Steven Li, I am looking for HTV Silicone Rubber and according to your website you make different types of Rubber Matting. I have attached an Excel File with the general characteristics of the rubber. I also attached a JPEG Photo of the Silicone Rubber but grey is not preferred.
Usage is constant but will vary greatly depending upon whether they are replacing the silicones sheets. For their new plant they initially require 90 sheets and each sheet is 58” Wide X 28 Feet Long for their machines. Thereafter between their three plants they will require twenty sheets per month. I can purchase a few months at a time. If your product specifications and pricing are okay, I will buy one sheet for my customer to test the product.
I have a close working relationship with many persons in my customer’s factory and they have put in charge of supplying them this product. Please let me know if you are able to make this product. If you cannot do calendaring, please refer me to someone who could fabricate this.
