There are excellent business and marketing opportunity in the booming Indian economy for selling Tomato Paste. We are an established organization already in the food distribution and health care business importing products from different countries. We have done market survey with the Hotel Industry; Fast Food Joints; Meal Management Company, Pharmaceuticals industry as well as manufacturers engaged in the production of Tomato Puree, Ketchup, Juice etc and we see good potential for tomato based products in India. While these consumers are keen to work on annual contract basis for bulk packing, we also foresee a good potential for Tomato Paste to be put up on the shelf of departmental stores, Super Market etc. where Tomato Puree is being sold at present.
Since we have an existing relationship with most of the consumers, it will be much faster to introduce the products in the market. Most of the requirement should be in Bulk packing but small packing in the range of 100-200 gms shall also be put in the market.
We shall initially require sample of 22/24 brix in a small packing for conducting market test . Please also confirm that the Tomato Paste is one variety or many varieties.
