Product: Rigid PVC sheet. ( from calendar) Colour: Milky white. ( very white) material should be opaque ( cannot see through) Texture: Both sides glossy. Thickness:0.25 mm. Purpose: For printing on both sides with UV ink on offset printing machine. Material required in sheets. Size:515mm ( reel cut) 540 mm chop cut.
Please confirm following specifications 1) can you cut the required sheet size perfectly. ( 515 mm x 540mm). We need Exact size. If you cannot cut perfectly then please inform tolerance as we Will have to increase the size. For our printing we need exactly 515 x 540 mm, so please be sure. 2) the material is to be both sides gloss. ( if you cannot do both sides Gloss we can accept 1 side gloss and other side semi gloss) 3) the material has to be perfectly opaque. ( cannot see thru) so it has to Contain tio2. Because we are printing both sides we need very good opaque. 4) the whitness has to be very good. It should be high brigtness white. 5) the sheet needs to be rigid so stiffness should be good but should be Flexible ( should not crack or break with bending) 6) please also advise what will be the weight of 1 sheet of 515mm x 540 mm In 0.25mm thickness.
