The first layer is a cotton poly blend 50/50 white The second layer is a soaker of polyester 95% and 5% rayon 10 oz per square yard. (Premium is 75% polyester fill and 25% rayon.) these two layers are quilted together. The third layer is a PVC Coated fabric water-proof backer stitched around the edge with double thread and over cast stitched
