职位描述及要求 Freelance English-Chinese Translators in China Orientus is a Chinese-owned company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA (www.orientus.org). We provide top notch English-Chinese translation services for American Companies who conduct business with mainland China. Due to business expansion, we are recruiting a number of freelance English-Chinese Translators in all cities in China. Minimum Requirements: - Excellent English reading and understanding ability - Excellent Chinese writing ability - More than 3 year’s English-Chinese translation experience - Work experience in any industry - Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline Desired Qualifications: - Work experience in Chinese newspapers, magazines, publishing, business writing, creative writing, advertising and other Chinese writing related industries is highly desired - Personal publications in Chinese newspapers or magazines is highly desired - Ability to adjust writing styles/format based on target audience is highly desired - Work or study experience abroad is preferred - Translation certificate is a plus, but not required Salary: Per 1000 words salary ranges from 150 – 300 Chinese Yuan depending individual experiences, qualifications and personal writing skills.
