Foreword:
The Chinese International Beauty, Hairdressing & Cosmetics Expo (shortenedto “BHC Expo in Beijing”) was established in 1997 and has suffered from the turbulence of the Chinese BHC market economy for eleven years. With continuous development and improvement, the “BHC Expo in Beijing” has become a well-known unique expo and won attention from the whole industry and related enterprises. It is the third largest BHC industry expo in China succeeding Guangzhou and Shanghai BHC Expos, which enjoy good reputations.
The 11th Chinese International Beauty, Hairdressing & Cosmetics Expo in Beijing 2007 has been successfully held in the China International Exhibition Center. The Expo covers an area of 15000 square meters, which attracted more than 80,000 visitors. 90% of exhibitors have achieved the expected result. “The 11th BHC Expo in Beijing” is spectacular and perfect!

Propaganda
The organizer will invite visitors from Korea, Italy, France, Japan, the U.S.A., the U.K., Hongkong., Taiwan and other corners of the world to attend the expo through telephone, fax, email, e-invitation, mailing, invitation letter, personal visit and various other ways.
The Expo message will be promoted through hundreds of newspapers and journals, websites, TV stations and other media promotions and special reports.
Governmental body/ Department store /Chain store/Supermarket/Trade firm and other related organizations will attend the Expo.
The Expo Preview will be elaborately compiled before the Expo opening, which will stress the introduction of exhibitors and their products and will be distributed to key buyers.
We will cooperate with various industry websites and open online exhibition halls and live broadcast so that the buyers who are absent from the Expo can check exhibitors’ profile online. The industry website promotion will last for three years before and after the Expo. The organizer will have 0.4 million invitation letters and tickets printed which will be mailed to producers/importers/agents/beauty houses/wholesalers/complimentary promotion.

• Exhibitors operating cosmetics shall hold an Inspection Certificate of Compliance, Hygiene Certificate
Procedures for the Registration
Please fill out the application form/ contract form, stamp an official chop on it then fax it to the organizing committee. The exhibition fee shall be remitted to the designated bank account of the organizing committee within seven days. Then, fax the remittance note to the organizing committee. The committee will confirm the booth through emails or faxes when the remittance is received. If the committee does not receive the remittance, the arranged booth will not be reserved. The principals of arranging the booth: “Apply first, Pay first, Arrange first”. The committee will mail an Exhibition Manual to exhibitors when it receives the application form and exhibition fee. The Exhibition Manual covers the exhibition schedule, related services, set-up of booth, furniture lease and special power need application, accommodation arrangement and transport of exhibits.

Remark:
1. If exhibitor waived the application after enrollment, the paid exhibition fee will not be refunded.
2. Exhibitor shall not move out of the exhibition or have the booth leased or transferred to others (including transfer part of a booth to others);
