押出机（膜、胶布、扁纱、片材、板材等）在正常工作时，会产生合格产品及两条或两条以上的边料。在边料产生的同时保持干净、干燥，立即同步（吸入）边料粉碎机粉碎之后，将粉碎的边料100%立即同步送到押出机入料位置。粉碎料与新原料依比例同步混合，入螺旋杆押出成型，制造良品，循环利用。同步100%回收边料，未使边料因氧化，湿化（吸入水蒸气）而污染，未造成押出产品的物性—强度、应力、颜色、光泽遭受破坏，故可提高产品的品质。边料自动化回收的好处又包括成本和材料的节省，流程管理的改进，竞争力的增强及环境友善的制造活动。

Automatic scrap edge recycling machine
on the condition of the normal functioning of the system, the extruder (membrane, sticking plaster, flat yarn, sheet, plate) can produce qualified products and more than two lines of scrap edges into granulator, then, put all of the granulated edge into feed gate of extruder immediately. Mix the granulated material and raw material proportionally, and make them extrusion molding by putting them into twist bar. In this way, it can produce high-quality products which also could be recycled and reused. Recycle 100% rim charge swiftly; prevent the rim charge to be contaminated by virtue of oxidation and moisture; prevent the product to be damaged in terms of hardness, stress and color; hence, promote the quality of the product.
