BZn15-20锌白铜#结构铜镍合金
BZn15-20 argentan to structure of copper and nickel, alloy its appearance is beautiful silvery white, commonly known as deutsche bank (was Chinese silver), BZn15-20 white copper with high strength and corrosion resistance, good plasticity, under hot and cold are machined well under pressure, but poor machinability, poor weldability, elasticity is better than that. QSn6.5-0.1. Cupronickel BZn15-20 structure used in damp, working parts and instrument parts in corrosive environment, medical equipment, telecom parts, artwork, spring tubes, etc.
BZn15-20锌白铜为结构铜镍,合金其外表具有美丽的银白色，俗称德银(本来是中国银)，BZn15-20锌白铜具有高的强度和耐蚀性,可塑性好，在热态及冷态下均能很好地承受压力加工，可切削性不好，焊接性差，弹性优于。QSn6.5-0.1。BZn15-20结构白铜用于潮湿，腐蚀环境中工作的零件及仪表零件，医疗器具，电讯零件，艺术品，弹簧管等。

热处理规范：铸造温度1170℃;退火温度700～750℃;轧制热加工温度950～970℃;消除内应力的低温退火温度250℃
