SK7 carbon tool steel belt is SK7 0.6 carbon, high carbon steel belt, used after quench hardening, SK7 excellent wear resistance, and the price is cheaper tool steels. Suitable for sliding parts need high hardness of components and parts of cold work dies. Sk7 materials commonly used in need of elastic parts, stamping features with (SPCC), strong hardness and rebound slightly, stamping again after heat treatment, usually in order to achieve the required hardness and elasticity.
SK7碳素工具钢带
SK7是含碳量0.6的高碳钢带，淬火硬化后使用，SK7耐磨损性优良，且为价格较便宜的工具钢。适用于有滑动部分需要高硬度的零件及制作冷作模具零件。sk7材料常用于需弹性的零件上,冲压特性同spcc差不多,硬度和回弹稍强,通常冲压后再热处理,以达到所需硬度及弹性。
