105 wcr6 steel characteristics and scope of application: application of cold work die steel, widely hailed as "not deformation of steel", but to form carbide network is more sensitive. Mainly used for quenching requirements when deformation is small, long and complicated shape of cutting tool (e.g., broach, tap, reamer, cutter) and measuring tool (such as die, gauge block, gauge, column sample, sample set) and the cross section is not big and complicated shape of high precision cold stamping die, etc.
105WCr6模具钢 特性及适用范围：应用较为广泛的冷作模具钢，被誉为“不变形钢”，但形成网状碳化物比较敏感。主要用作淬火时要求变形很小，长而形状复杂的切削刀具（如拉刀、长丝锥、长铰刀、专用铣刀）和量具（如板牙、块规、量规、样柱、样套）以及截面不大而形状复杂的高精度的冷冲模等。
