TC6钛板#钛棒TC6钛合金#耐腐蚀性合金钢
TC6 titanium alloy characteristics and application: it is a kind of two-phase titanium alloys with complex microstructure. Has the advantages of low density, high strength, corrosion resistance, but the material cost is expensive, difficult forging processing forming. Ordinary annealed state of TC6 titanium alloy under 300 ℃ / 5000 h has a good organization and performance stability, different temperature instantaneous high temperature properties such as tensile, creep and lasting and double annealing and isothermal annealing condition. By normal annealing treatment of TC6 titanium alloy semi-finished products can satisfy the use of aircraft structure temperature (below 300 ℃) requirements.
TC6钛合金特性及应用：是一种具有复杂显微组织结构的两相钛合金。拥有密度低、强度高、耐腐蚀等优点，但其材料成本昂贵，难以进行锻造加工成形。
普通退火状态TC6钛合金在300℃/5000h以下具有良好的组织和性能稳定性，不同温度瞬时拉伸、蠕变、持久等高温性能与双重退火和等温退火状态相当。经普通退火处理的TC6钛合金半成品可以满足飞机结构件的使用温度(300℃以下)要求。
TC6钛合金化学成分：铁(Fe)0.2～0.7,钼(Mo)2.0～3.0,铬(Cr)0.8～2.3,铝(Al)5.5～7.0,硅(Si)0.15～0.40,碳(C)≤0.10,氮(N)≤0.05,氢(H)≤0.015【TC6】含钛(Ti) 余量,
