A锻件棒材【GH3044圆钢】镍基抗氧化合金钢

GH3044合金钢 特性及应用领域概述。该合金是固体固溶强化镍基抗氧化合金，在900℃以下具有高的塑性和中等的热强性，并具有优良的抗氧化性和良好的冲压、焊接工艺性能，适宜制造在900℃以下长期工作的航空发动机主燃烧室和加力。
GH3044 金相组织结构：该合金在1200℃固溶后，基本上是单相奥氏体和少量的MC和M23C6型碳化物。
GH3044工艺性能与要求：
1该合金板材有良好的冲压工艺性能。钢锭锻造加热温度1170℃，终锻900℃。
2、该合金的晶粒度平均尺寸与锻件的变形程度、终锻温度密切相关。
3、合金可以用氩弧焊、点焊、缝焊及钎焊等方法焊接。
