本项目延续北侧的商务中心，在地块的北侧布置公建商务区，并在东南角沿江设置一栋210 米的超高层办公塔楼，作为整个商务区轴线的沿江标志点，沿西南侧江边布置居住区。南北两区在空间上融为一体，彼此分开管理，车行路线和人行路线相对独立，在保证居住、办公区域纯粹性的同时，在两者间又建立起便捷的联系，同时提供高端商务生活配套，打造高端的商务办公区和最宜人的滨水居住区，从而提升整个片区项目的整体价值。
