本次方案强调了购物中心沿街面的完整性，使商业形象更为独立、大气，摆脱了原方案裙房商业的附属形象。独立的裙房设计使得立面处理更具可塑性。通过凹凸的体量和不同材质的处理，创造了丰富的、具有现代感的、购物中心形象，并为城市塑造了丰富的街道界面。裙房和塔楼共同形成了具标志性的、层次丰富的综合体形象。
The plan emphasizes the integrity of the shopping center along the street,the commercial image is more independent, atmospheric, get rid of the image of the original program affiliated commercial podium. Podium design independent makes the facade treatment more plasticity. Through the concave convex volumes of different materials and processing, created in the image, has rich modern feeling, shopping centers, and shaping a rich interface for the city streets. The podium and tower together form the iconic,rich layers of complex image.
